After more than twenty years of success in the sales profession, I made a life-changing decision to coach people. That decision was inspired in part by my experiences working as a salesperson in various organizations both large and small. The sales management I received throughout most of my career felt incomplete. This is not an indictment of the managers themselves, but rather that of the traditional sales management model. While always successful during my sales career, I wondered what more was possible.

Research and timely introductions led me to the practice of coaching. I hired a coach and found the results remarkable. Areas where I had formerly been stuck became passable. Languishing objectives were completed. Goals finally became reality. It was an amazing exercise and became the catalyst for my professional life.

After completing my training,I set out to design a process that would inspire and improve performance. My research and experience coupled with the work of many other coaches and sales professionals became the Momentum program. It’s both multifaceted and elastic–perfectly designed to serve my clients from Microsoft to Mary Kay.

As a sales professional, I know how to achieve success. As a coach, I am committed to the success my clients achieve.
